I've tried searching and cant seem to find what model this is or how to adjust it. This door slams shut and I want to adjust it to slow down.

The adjusting screw is the slotted screw shown in the picture. Turning the screw in will slow the closing speed. Turning out will increase the speed. If there is no change in operation, the oil has leaked out. Unless you take it apart by removing the large hex screw (which holds the spring) and replace the seals, refilling is a very short term solution. Replacement is recommended.
