I have a solar energy system installed, it comprises 4 solar panels each 550W,a solar inverter (3.5 kW, MPPT,24V, Voltronic program), and two tubular 12V batteries connected in series.
When there is no sun and no grid, the battery will be relied upon to generate energy. Then, when the battery's voltage drops below the specified voltage, the inverter will stop working, waiting for sunlight or grid. IN THIS CASE, when sunlight comes first, the inverter automatically detects it and starts charging the battery and then starts generating energy, BUT when grid electricity comes first (Without Sunlight), the inverter DOES NOT detect it ! !, and keeps waiting for sunlight UNLESS I turn it off and on. It is supposed to detect grid electricity automatically as it detects sunlight. I tried to deal with the settings (Voltronic Settings), but I failed.
