Why am I getting a bright flash of light from my LED when I flip a switch in another room?

I have just added a Europa LED remote controlled light to replace a bedroom ceiling fan. I capped off the red wire as this light should not be controlled by a switch anymore. The install went fine when I flip the switch in the room nothing happens, and I can control it with the remote without any flashes of bright light.

However, when I was done with the install I noticed that if you flip the switch in the hallway this causes a bright flash of light in the LED but it stays off(voltage fluctuation?). The switch outside the room contains the line wire for the light that passes through, but it also controls a 3 way in the hallway.

So I took a naive approach trying to get rid of this and converted the 3 way switch to a single pole and this once again worked fine. I now only have the switch down the hallway that controls the light in the hallway and this doesn’t cause the bright light in the room, but this wasn’t the end of it. In a room adjacent to there is another ceiling fan and the line wire comes from this room so if I flip the switch in there I get a flash as well.

Anyone have a way of troubleshooting this or see any obvious issues here? I can post pictures as well.
