My ceiling does not have any wood joist , only steel beam and just the dry wall I don’t have clear visual . I used a small endoscope to see what’s up there . And I was able to drill a hole in the middle of the beam . I want to install a swing for my daughter I won’t be able to put a nut on top of the eye bolt to secure it .i was thinking just using nut bolt under it ? Will that secure it ? Or should I just hire someone to cut a hole through the dry wall so they can put a bolt on top ? It has to hold up to 150 lb in motion

First, unless its designed for it, I wouldnt use an existing structure. My experience was with a punching bag. After a few months, the joints on the plasterboard on the ceiling started to crack.
However, if you do want to continue, you can make a thread in the steel joist. Then screw in a coach screw, thats what they are called down under. This is the approach I used in the next house that I had built. But it was a beam speced for this movement and I got the builder to pre drill a number of holes in likely places for a punching bag. I could later, put a thread on the desired hole.
