We have a double sink in the bedroom master bathroom. The left one will squeal and drip water when a toilet in the house (anywhere) is flushed, or if the kitchen sink or dishwasher is run. If you twist hard to close the handles on the sink, it will stop squealing and the drips stop. Once the toilet stops flushing, a few seconds later the sound and drips also stop. Also, if you just turn it on, it also stops squealing. It's annoying. We have a well. Any thoughts? I looked online, and there are similar situations, but nothing exactly like this.

This is simple.
The faucet seals or washers ( depending on the design), in the left sink are worn and need replaced. It may also be a loose screw holding the washer. If this has been going on for sometime, it would be wise to replace the washer as well.
They cannot resist the line pressure unbalance that occurs when the toilet is flushed, or another device in the home is using water. This results in the squeal and the drip.

Most likely the faucet has built-in anti-scald valving, and that needs to be replaced. In many cases that is as simple as replacing the cartridges, because it's built into the valve cartridge.
Depending on manufacturer, if you bought the faucet the part may be covered under a warranty - several of the major brands offer "lifetime" warranty on their faucets to the original owner for household use. If it came with the house when you bought it, that generally does not apply.
