I've recently replaced all the light switches in my house with Kasa Smart Switches (Models HS200, HS210, and H220).

Generally speaking they're working perfectly fine - but - I've been having a strange issue where 2 of my rooms are lightly flickering very infrequently. It seems to most often happen at night and I'm not able to figure out why. One of the switches is a single pole (HS200) and the other is a 3 Way (HS210).

The switches were professionally installed by an electrician so I'm not overly concerned about the wiring, my house was rewired in the last 5 years, and I've tried two different brands of BR30 bulbs and still experience the problem.

I'm curious if the issue is with the grid itself but it's strange to me that I did not have this issue with my Philips Hue bulbs before and that it seems to be isolated to the 2 rooms. I also had a few of these for about a year before converting everything else over, no problems.

Could the switch itself be at fault? Is it possible the smart switches are more sensitive somehow?

Most of the threads I've found online are regarding dimmers and incompatible LEDs, so I've had trouble finding a ton of similar situations.

Any ideas?

Likely, the flickering lights are LED. Some LED fixtures are not amenable to control by dimmers or smart switches. You can try a work-around, installing a small 3 or 4 watt candelabra-base (E12) lamp, such as that in this image at 1000 Light Bulbs, in parallel with the LED fixture.

Yes, this wastes a small amount of electricity, and is not guaranteed to work, but is likely more economical than replacing the LED fixtures.
