After turning off the main water valve, I took apart the cold water tap to fix a drip. When I reassembled and reinstalled the cartridge, there was only a little water dribbling out. The same thing is happening with the hot water tap, which I didn't touch. Any ideas out there. All the other taps in the house are working fine.
