I have a light fixture that has a sticker that says: 3xMAX 35W GU10 halogen bulb.
If I go to buy a light bulb can I buy an LED one? Is there something I need to pay attention?

The reason for "MAX 35W" is simply temperature. Presumably, a 50W or more bulb would overheat the fixture and cause stuff to melt.
Pretty much all GU10 LED bulbs use a few watts of power, in any case much less than 35W, so there's no issue.
This is about actual electrical watts (ie, power). If the bulb description is "5W bulb is equivalent to 50W halogen" the number to consider is 5W.
