Help us find our long lost hinges!
Just bought a house in the Netherlands, and a key to one of the front windows was lost. When we had a window specialist open the window, we discovered that all of the hinge parts that were supposed to be screwed into the frame had been removed (probably by prior owner) - this was inconvenient as the entire window fell out of the frame and almost shattered on the ground, oops.

Our window specialist said that these types of hinges are definitely not Dutch, but are probably Polish or Eastern European or something, but we can't find the parts anywhere online. We have reached out to the former owner, but aren't sure they will respond. Does anyone else have some sage advice on how to find these parts without having to replace the entire frame?
