The two hex parts seem like one piece and it doesn’t feel like it’s threaded in to the hose.

You hold the inner hex with a wrench.
The outer hex will turn off with another wrench.
The silver part with the wrench marks is a crimp fitting to hold the two hexs onto the hose. Do not use to prevent turning.
