I've Roltechnik Hawaii-P 900 (acrylic) shower tray (18+ years old) and I'm wondering if it's possible and how to lift it up or remove it without destroying it or cutting it, so that maybe I can place it back once I'm done inspecting underneath it.
I don't know how these are/were installed or maybe they're always meant to be glued in with PU (Polyurethane) or (unlikely) silicone ?
I've already removed all silicone from the wall sides, but it won't lift more than 1 mm (let's say) due to flexibility I guess.
I see one PU foam blob and a rectangle of PU foam most likely as part of the underside of the shower tray from the factory because they have a picture here of the underside that implies they're in a grid like that. I'll include pictures. I can even see a ceramic tile and cement under there.

overall top view of shower tray side view of shower tray showing 3 missing ceramic tiles and the cement(thin-set mortar?) underneath them side view showing yellow PU foam and square factory-PU underneath the shower tray side view angled upwards showing factory-PU along the sides of the shower tray side view inside showing PU foam blob and a tile or two pancaked and mortar or cement-like something, some PU foam is visible in the "distance" that's likely glue-ing the factory-PU of the shower tray's underside hmmm... side view from another side (right) showing some mortar inside side view from another side (right) showing some mortar inside another view

Drain hole pics are here

How it's installed and how it should be installed are always two different things. The floor should be level and flat. The pan would then be installed with adhesive or mortar/thinset on the entire underside. This doesn't look like that's how it was done in your case. You might be able to get a pry bar in there and chip the pan loose and pry it up. Remove the tiles surrounding the pan and attack it from there. If you damage it and have to replace it, they are a few hundred bucks at your home store.
