Should I use a braided hose with a slight kink?

I bought a braided hose online, and it has a slight kink in it. Should I use it? Does the kink create a significant weak point that might leak?

The hose is for a kitchen sink faucet.

The kink is barely noticeable, and should be of no consequence.

I would use that hose without worry.

If that's the extent of the kink there's no reason to think it won't perform as expected. I have yet to see such a hose fail along its primary length over decades of using this type of hose.
