Expect nothing of me and I shall never prove a disappointment.

That being said I have lived my life with no regrets (save one) and have conflicting feelings on the nature of it all...

Lately I don't know if I know anything about anything anymore really, and while terrifying it actually shows me that perhaps I can become more than I am and fulfill my own purpose here on this planet...

Is it possible to influence the greater forces or are we just doomed to spend eternity reliving the same hopeless cycles of exploitation and destruction?

Can we ever overcome our humanity?

Eh... I wish I had the answer to that... I suppose it's just left to us individually as to whether or not we find truth amongst the heap of detritus we believe is what matters.

To hell in a hand basket I think is the saying I am looking for...

In the end it all comes down to you and your choices and the fallout of those choices.

It's time to be honest with ourselves and look at all things without the warped lense of our our own hubris constantly giving us the same self righteous indignation it has since... Well I don't know when we went so wrong...

My last thought is that we should stop giving our kids the impression that life, society, the good guys and love are always going to win out in the end ... Because it is rather devastating to be blindsided over and over again by the morally ineptness of our society.

Just sayin...
