What is the ratio in Quickrete Sand and Topping Mix? The internet reported that it was 3:1. But reviewing the product page for QUIKRETE® Sand/Topping Mix (No. 1103) and the Data Sheet, I don't see that actually published anywhere.

This question bothered me, so I wrote to Adam Stephenson of Quikrete. He got back with me.
Looking at our different plants across the country the Sand Topping Mix varies between 4 to 1 and 3.5 to 1 (generally) by region and plant.
So it seems 3.5-4:1 is safer than 3:1.
