I have a full worktop stainless steel sink & built in draining board which is fitted next to our kitchen countertops, however, the sink is about 35mm shallower.
Wanted to have the front edge in line with the kitchen counter top, hence the space is left at the back.
This means around 35mm space is left behind the sink, which also needs bringing up to a height where it can be tiled from.
Ideally i would tile the back wall all the way across, but want the base to be level with the wooden counter top.
once the back wall is tiled then i thought a row of tiles slightly angled towards the sink would do the job.
Are there any suggestions on how to do this? What to fill with? What can i put over the plastic beam that currently sits there?
