Old cast iron kitchen sink with two-handled faucet like this one. The water flow doesn't really pick up until you rotate the handles about 180 degrees, then you get great flow! It otherwise doesn't feel loose. It happens for both hot and cold. And there are two faucets on this sink, and it happens for both of them. Any ideas?

You will have to remove the faucets to see of the correct thickness of washer is mounted on the valve.
