Can Dexron IID ATF be used in place of Dexron II ATF?
My vehicle manual states I must use Dexron II ATF fluid for my power steering.
When I shop around, I often find Dexron IID ATF locally. Can I use this, or must I find something without the D after the II?

mitsubishi pajero 3.5L petrol 2002 model
Pajero was running rough so I had the plugs and cables changed no difference, so had the fuel injectors changed and a new gasket, seems to be sucking air somewhere drives ok but coughs and splutters at idle anyone have any ides???

2001 Mitsubishi Pajero GDI unstable over 80km/h
